Orders
Orders are fulfilled typically within 2-3 business days of your order, but this timing cannot be guaranteed due to ongoing supply chain circumstances due to the pandemic. All of the gear inventory you see on the shop page is up to date and accurate, with all gear located within the US.
We will accept order cancellations if they are requested and sent to info@sohoskiclub.com within one business day or the initial order.

Returns + Exchanges
You may return your product for store credit within 14 days of receipt. In order to process your return, the request has to be made within 14 days and the item has to be returned in new condition, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, store credit will not be granted upon return.
